얼마전까지 집주변 우이천 환경개선공사?가 있었다.
준공 이후 4월 8~9일 양일간 천을 이용하는 주민들을 위한 작은 축제가 이루어지고 있다.
일명 꽃보다 버스킹이다.
주말에 축제로 천주변 주민들이 북적북적하는 모습이 좋다.
