더워도 더워도 너무 더운 요즘
지친 아이를 위해 엄마표 영양 만점 간식 감자샐러드에 도전해보았어요 >_<
가장 먼저 감자와 달걀을 삶구요.
냄비가 끓는 동안 부재료들을 준비해줍니다.
양파/오이/햄/마요네즈/설탕/건포도
감자가 푹 잘 삶어졌어요 :D
쉽게 으깨기 위해 뜨겁더라도 꾹참고 껍질을 벗겨줍니다.
계란 노른자를 넣어 망방이로 탕탕탕!
으깬 감자에 준비한 재료(채썬 오이/양파/햄, 마요네즈, 설탕) 를 모두 넣어줍니다.
모든 재료가 잘 섞이도록 저어주면 맛있는 감자 샐러드 완성이예요.
시중에서 파는 감자샐러드는 감자가 대부분인데 이렇게 집에서 만들어먹으니 내가 좋아하는 식재료들을 원하는데로 넣을 수도 있고 아삭아삭 식감도 훨씬 좋네요 :D
어설픈 플레이팅이지만 아이가 먹기 좋도록 작은 밥그릇에 샐러드를 꽉꽉 채우고 그릇을 엎어 아래 모양을 완성하였습니다.
이렇게 만든 감자샐러드는 모닝빵에 넣어 아침 대용간편식으로 활용해도 좋을것 같아요.
더울수록 잘드셔야하는거 잊지마세요 >_<

어렸을때부터 집에서 샌드위치 속재료만들때 감자+노른자 으깨는거 제담당이었어요 ㅎㅎ 식빵에다가 슥슥 발라먹으면 꿀맛이죠 직접만들면 좋아하는재료 듬뿍넣을수 있는게 정말 최고인것같아요 동그랗게 플레이팅하니까 너무 이쁜데요 아몬드가 포인트!!
