오늘은 가족들과 돌나물 비빔국수를 만들어 가볍지만 건강한 한끼를 즐겨보았습니다.
만드는 방법은 아주 간단해요!
초고추장만 맛있다면 실패란 없습니다.
어제 유빈이와 산에서 직접 캐온 싱싱한 돌나물을 깨끗히 씻어 준비합니다.
돌틈에서 자라난 생명력은 정말이지 리스펙이네요.
겨울 내 얼었던 땅이 녹고 그 위로 자란 싱그러운 봄나물은 보고만 있어도 건강해지는 기분이 듭니다.
국수를 삶아 찬물에 헹구고
묵은김치와 열무김치를 쫑쫑 썰어줍니다.
이렇게 하면 모든 준비는 끝입니다.
대접에 국수와 김치 돌나물 그리고 초고추장을 올려주면 비빔국수 완성이예요 :D

쓱쓱 비벼 먹는 맛이 새콤 달콤 시큼해서 참 좋았습니다.
이번 주말은 [돌나물]로 시작해서 [돌나물]로 끝이 나네요 :D

어제 점심으로 8Do 비빔면을 먹었는데, 반님이 유빈이와 직접 캔 나물의 비빔국수에 비하면.."난 뭘 먹은거지.." 같은 느낌이 듭니다.ㅎㅎ
