굵은멸치를 다듬어 고추장 멸치볶음을 만들었네요.
꽈리고추를 먼저 볶아 놓고,양념장을 짜지않게 보글보글 끓이고 불을 끈다음 멸치를 넣어 잔열로 볶았습니다.
짜지 않고 맛있는 고추장 멸치볶을 밥반찬으로 짱입니다^^
