Although you may wish to fall in love, achieve financial success in your career, or enhance your physical appearance by engaging in sports, the ultimate goal is the same: you want to feel alive. Everyone's path to feeling alive is different, and you must journey down that path to uncover your own individuality. When it comes to people in general, though, there are a few factors that have been proven to make them feel more alive, including the following:

Having negative self-talk unfettered and on autopilot has been a way of life for many of us for many years. In fact, this is one of the most frequently cited reasons for seeking the assistance of a life coach in the first place. All aspects of our lives are influenced by our self-talk, including our careers, love relationships, and our ability to be at peace with our body. Identify and stop expressing negative and discouraging things to yourself as soon as possible. Instead, talk to yourself in a pleasant and compassionate manner. Initially, it may feel as if you're lying to yourself, and you may even question whether you're telling the truth, but this is just because you've never spoken to yourself in this manner before.

Begin the day by stretching your complete body, reawakening your cells, and boosting blood circulation instead of compressing and limiting yourself as you make your way from your bed to the breakfast table, then to your car, and eventually to your office. Actively stretching throughout the day will help to keep your cells alive and connected to the rest of your body.

Something about making a coworker, a regular friend or even a complete stranger blush and smile for no apparent reason is incredibly invigorating. Making someone feel special and recognising their efforts brings a great deal of pleasure. Someone's attractiveness or aptitude should be acknowledged and appreciated.

Clouds are never the same twice; their intensities, colours, and locations change constantly, just as they do in the rest of the natural environment. The fact that nothing is permanent serves as a good reminder. We, too, are always evolving, and if we put up the effort, we can make changes to the elements of our lives that we are dissatisfied with. It is through observation of nature that we might come to understand that we are part of something much larger than our everyday lives.

Eating also provides nourishment for the mind, body, and soul; as a result, you should take time to enjoy your meals rather than cramming them into short periods of time as you might do otherwise. It's impossible to savour a meal that has been hurriedly devoured. Take the time to taste your food and crush them on your mouth to make them more appetising instead... Keep in mind that lunch is a time for relaxation and rejuvenation.

What if you don't have any laughs throughout your life? The experience will surely be unpleasant and distressing! Most importantly, the fact that laughter is a natural and unplanned emotion is the most important factor in why it makes you feel happy. When we laugh out loud, we feel comfortable and vulnerable, which is a blessing for those of us who are constantly on the defensive. It's also a fantastic way to keep your energy levels up!

These days, everyone is exceedingly busy, especially in the evenings and on weekends. One's emotional and physical health suffers when one does not take time for oneself and do not get in touch with one's desires. Set aside periods of time during which you will not make any plans, and when that moment arrives, make a decision and carry out your plans.
