Sports are an essential part of our life. Sports play an important role in developing a healthy body and mind. There are many types of sports, they help our physical as well as mental development. Stress conditions occur many times during continuous study.

In such a situation, sports are a better way to remove this tension. Just as education is necessary for the correct development of the mind, similarly sports are important for physical development. We cannot learn team spirit through education, but it is possible through sports.

It is to be noted here that in many schools, much attention is being paid to education but not to sports. There are some schools where sports are limited. In such a situation the responsibility of the guardian increases.

They should encourage children to connect with sports at their own level. In this way, we need to give importance to sports equal to studies. To promote sports in school, it should be given regular activity like regular subject.
