Meditation is one of the practices that really change someone's story.
It can take you from a life of turmoil to a fairly smooth flowing one. If you take time to learn, understand and master it, you can watch your life get better slowly by slowly.
For me, meditation has helped me in many ways. It has helped me gain confidence, become more open and social. But most importantly, it has given me control over my own life , which is something I previously didn’t have.
Self control is among the greatest personal attributes you can have and you get to realize how beneficial it is when you experience it first hand how it makes your life worth living.
Meditation helped me gain control in areas such as thoughts, feelings, speech, attention and physical reaction.
I have explained everything regarding this aspect of my life in this post and have even shared the practical steps I took to make a permanent change in my life.
