Mindfulness And Its Great Life Changing Abilities

When you begin getting deeply involved in mindfulness, you get to go through a series of experiences that start to transform your life slowly by slowly.

When you take time to commit yourself to the practice and seeking to remain mindful from when you jump out of your bed to when you jump back into it, you get to have a taste of what mindfulness is like and what it can actually do for you.

Speaking from personal experience, mindfulness has really gone a long way in my life. It has helped me evolve in a huge way that I never thought was possible.

It first helped get into a state of mental relaxation by getting rid of the constant stress and anxiety that was holding me back from really living life and helped ease all that tension.

As I kept doing mindfulness meditation and working with other mindfulness based techniques like body scan, resting awareness, visualization and others, even better results started coming my way.

I noticed I was becoming wakeful with time. My mind was opening up and keep me aware and alert while also being relaxed.

This even went deeper to the point where I began feeling aware of my senses and having sharp mental clarity.

For the fear of not wanting to write a whole book here trying to explain how mindfulness has been for me, I would encourage you to read my post on the various levels of mindfulness I went through and what they mean here to allow you to get the whole scoop.

In essence, I would personally say that if you seriously dedicate yourself to the practice and fight through all the challenges there are in making it work, you can have the same experience, if not better.

Mindfulness works differently for everyone since we are all wired differently. However, the gist of the experience revolves around relaxation, wakefulness, clarity and awareness of your senses, and much more.

If you have been struggling to make changes in certain areas of your life too, like addiction, dropping other bad habits and others, you should definitely consider mindfulness as an alternative.

If you combine it with conscious and consistent effort to drop the habits, and stick to it, you can definitely get through it.
