3 Ways to Emphasize Growth Over Speed When Working With Clients

It seems like most people do not know how to properly motivate a client to want more out of their life. Many of us have the mistaken notion that speed will bring success, and that we need to be able to get things done as quickly as possible in order to get ahead. This is actually one of the biggest mistakes we can make when working on any type of project, including one involving growth. Here are some tips on how to make sure your client understands that speed does not necessarily equate to success.

The first big mistake that we can make when working on a large project is focusing on what you are going to get done in a certain time period. Most people think that if they are going to achieve success in a certain area of their life, they will have to do everything at that time. When we try to get our clients excited about what they can expect from your service, we do this by talking about the short term goals that they will achieve. For example, if you were trying to get a client to grow taller, you might mention that they could increase as much as four inches.

The good thing about doing this type of thing is that it gives them a sense of direction and control over their own destiny. If they know that they have a definite goal in mind and a definite timeline for success, they have a better chance of sticking with it. Instead of having a difficult time convincing them to do something because they don't know how, you are much more likely to have them make some very important choices.

The next thing you can do when you are working on a client's growth goal is to make sure that you have an objective view of what you are doing. You should not focus on your clients' immediate situation but rather work from the end goal. This means that you can show your clients that they can grow in ways other than how big they are right now. For example, you can show them that if they put in a little extra effort and stay focused, they will improve their height. By showing your clients that there is a difference between getting what you want and having to settle for less, you will have greater chances of getting them to follow through on their plans.

The third thing that you can do when working on a client's long term success is to use a little bit of motivation. This can be done in many different ways, but the best way that I have found for doing this is to offer a reward. either monetary or otherwise.

The reason why you would give someone a reward for achieving their goals is so that they are motivated enough to stick with them. By doing this, you are not only encouraging them but also making sure that they are working at their best. Even though they may feel that they don't deserve any of the money that they receive, they still will be much more likely to keep their commitments when you remind them that they need to keep things moving in the right direction. Keep in mind that this is a personal choice that they will need to make; however, there are many examples of rewards that you can give to your clients that will work for them.

The next part of motivating clients to want to move in the right direction is to make sure that the incentives that you give them are realistic. While money is a huge motivator, the only real incentive that will make them truly happy is something that gives them something of value that they can use in their lives. For example, there are many incentives such as free training or even a personal coach that can be used to help them reach their goals. This type of incentive should be done with care so that it doesn't feel like a chore.

No matter how you decide to approach growing taller, it is always a good idea to use some form of motivation in order to avoid making a big mistake. Just make sure that you are consistent and that you have done everything you can to show your clients that there is an alternative. If you do this, there is no doubt that they will follow you and be happy with what you have to say.
