Cooking
While the oven is heating up, make a simple sauce. Melt the butter and add flour to it. The finished mixture is then diluted with milk, pour it in portions so that there are no lumps.
When the milk is poured in, dilute the sauce with water, add salt and freshly ground pepper and let it simmer over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes until the mixture begins to thicken.
Then add pasta and cook for no more than a minute, remembering to stir.
Cover the dishes with pasta and sauce with foil and send to bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
When you take the dish out of the oven, the sauce will feel thin. However, as soon as you add grated cheese and mix everything well, it will acquire the ideal thickness and mouth-watering viscosity.
Now sprinkle the dish with a couple more tablespoons of cheese on top, add bread crumbs, parsley and grill until the surface is browned.
The dish can be tasted 5 minutes after you remove it from the oven. It is best to eat pasta and cheese right away, as they absorb too much sauce over time and become very soft.
