Just kidding! Using a running protocol app on your phone should do it. Then upload your stats with the given data and date (running app needs to show the date) linking the challenge and myself in your post.

The earnings of this post here will be paid out equally among participants a week later

That's awesome. I admire your dedication Wolfje.

To be fair to other participants, I'd ask you to stick to the rules.
The challenge started on Tuesday March 20th. Your run war on March 18th. I can't accept a run made before the challenge started. I know you run regularly but for the sake of the challenge I'd like to avoid entropy do its thing and let things pass now and then so just follow the rules please. You already voted for the post so you could make your Sunday run an entry.
