Hi guys, just to share today's running activity and my diet today. One bowl of plain oats with 1 piece of banana followed accompanied by 1 cup of long black coffee.
For Lunch 2 pieces of whole mealmeal bread with eggs and now heading for dinner with some carbs and vegetables. Total water consumed as at 7.30pm is 2 litres.
Did some easy 5km run at pace 7.30min/km.
