Sunday Double Doses of Running

Woke early this morning, as usual 1 cup of Long Black Coffee (kopi-O kosong) to stimulate😅 my brain and to boost my energy, 1 capsule of fish oil and 1 capsule of multi vitamin. Did my easy run for 4km at the park.

Before my evening run, ate 2 set roti kahwin (bread with butter &coconut jam)😘 which contributed carbs, fats and sugar. Ran for 8km easy run which made up a total of 12km today.
