The last two days where really stressfull to me, I had a lot of work and also some personal issues to take care of that had me kinda down for 2 days. But today I'm feeling what better and I planned a run after work and also some exercises to do this new upcoming week.
Today's Run
Today's run went pretty good, my cousin came by unexpected sowe went together for a 5km run, it was pretty good run my body felt good no pain or stifness, we wanted to go further but it was already time for my cousin to go back home and get ready for his shift/work so we decided to leave it that.

THAT's great bude hope i can do it.. i try run when i am in my own i run maximum 1 or max 2km but your one is such inspiring...
