Ah, i couldn't hold myself back, damn addiction, tomorrow i would have had way more time...potentially, but hey, i got it to finish my 14k route and it was actually not that bad!
In fact i felt and feel quite powerful and relaxed on this run, i think this is because the latest 21k one ... and a package of spinach i made me today. xD
The whole run i was able to see the nice looking moon already and just came back at time where the night was breaking in finally (i don't like running at night even tho it can be very beautiful).
I also enjoyed the smell of a bunch of blossoms!! (some blossom photo's will follow soon btw)
So let's show see some stats:
...i was actually falling into a "light" and "bouncy"-like trot, i guess that's a good thing, also i am still feeling very nice, this run was much joy.
What a beautiful sunset! I love running in sunrise/set, it is purely therapeutic.
