The third video in the WUU2K documentary series is up on YouTube

We’re on a roll now! This section was probably the easiest to run in the end, and I actually quite enjoyed it.

Of course, there was a slight complicating factor that I had just run the second section (the 42km variant) in the Makara Mountain Bike Park, and my car was in the carpark.

This meant that I had to run the 9-10kms out to The Windmill and then run back again. Once I got back to the car I then had to run back up to the top of the hill to re-do the previous section, taking the correct turn for the 62km course.

At least it was a lovely day to be out and about in the hills around Wellington.
