안녕하세요 주말마다 농사짓는 아짐 young입니다
더워도 너무 더운날들이 계속입니다
아침부터 푹푹 시작입니다
다른 날보다 조금 일찍 헬스장엘 갔답니다
운동하기보다는 피서차 ^^
어머 쾌적하다는 느낌이 바로 와 닿더군요
Gx프로그램 시간에도 회원들이 많지 않네요
정말 다들 휴가중인가요~
모처럼 여유롭게 운동 좀 하고 이쪽 저쪽 돌며 시원하게 보내야지 했는데 점심 먹자고 콜이 왔어요

부평 산곡동에 위치한 오래된 한정식집입니다
오랜만에 와 보니 점심특선이 있네요
전에도 있었나~

앞쪽에 주차공간은 4대 ^^
일찍 왔더니 자리가 하나 있네요
뒷쪽엔 주차장이 넓게 있답니다

내부도 변함이 없네요
아기자기 예쁘게 꾸며져 있답니다
오래전에 왔을땐 이런 곳이 흔하지 안았기에 신기해 했었지요
점심특선을 주문했어요
가격이 착해서 얻어 먹기에도 좋았답니다
인당 11600원~

조미료를 쓰지않은 건강한 반찬들입니다

샐러드는 드레싱이 깔끔해서 많이 먹게 되더라고요

지금 생각해도 침 넘어갑니다

열무물김치는 익은 정도가 항상 같은 맛이라네요
사장님만의 노하우가 있다는 ~

부추 야채전
따끈따끈하니 금방 구운 것입니다
여섯접시를 급 클리어~
수육을 제외한 나머지는 리필이 되는데 해파리냉채만 한그릇 더 먹었어요

커다란 가마솥에 3인분의 밥이 나왔어요
각자 덜어 비벼 먹기도하는데 우린 모두 비비지 않았어요
누룽지 또한 별미랍니다

단백하니 맛나더라고요

짭조름하긴하지만 한 접시 더 먹었답니다
요것 땜시 밥을 다 먹어버렸답니다
한숟가락 남겨야했는데 말입니다

새콤달콤 개운합니다

마지막으로 매실차 시원하게 한 잔^^
가격대가 있는 집이라 예전엔 행사때만 왔었는데 반찬 가짓수가 조금 줄고 가격이 착해지니 점심으론 괜찮네요
거기다 건강해지는 느낌~
깔끔 단백하니 자주 오고 싶은 곳이랍니다

                                              아무도 안비벼드셨다는데 전 맛깔스런 나물들 사진보니까 바로 밥에다가 비벼먹고싶은생각이 드네요 ㅎㅎ 물론 어떻게먹어도 맛있겟지요
