I worked out for an hour. I did 60 pull-ups and rode a stationary bicycle for 45 minutes. I burned 600 kcal today. My body fat mass is 11.5kg and fat ratio is 16.5%. It's been improved. So far so good.
I gotta have a dinner. I will consist of healthy foods. My goal is to reach less than 10kg of fat mass and 15% fat ratio this month. I'm not sure whether I can do it. But, I believe I will reach my goal someday.
