I couldn't work out since yesterday.

I got a surgery to remove something on my skin. I won't be able to exercise until It's getting better. So, I need to take a rest well.

Today is Friday. I enrolled a speaking English class yesterday, and I attended the class. It's been a long time to speak English with others. I want to improve speaking English more.
