My body feels sore. Cause, I used muscles that I haven't used so far. I think I've been lazy to increase muscle mass. Anyways, I look forward to my body to be changed.

I worked out for an hour in the morning. Since I have a lot on my plate, I can't go to a gym tonight. Anyways, I'm gonna rest before an English-speaking class.
