Before, hands were limited to carving and collecting; today, they use computers and aim to live with robots.

With the world of science, technology, and innovation that humanity has created, it is genuinely in a race against itself.

The evolution of culture is unmistakably responsible for the differences between cave man and modern man. Civilization rises with the rise of man.

Humans are the creators of civilization, and it grows until it enfolds and embraces every human being.

It is widely believed that all people should advance and reap the benefits of the world's blessings.

The culmination of human endeavours to comprehend and manipulate nature and its governing forces is civilization. It is the accumulation of culture in this way.

Isn't it more civilised to be able to communicate immediately through email rather than writing letters on paper, putting them in envelopes, and waiting weeks for the receiver to get them through a variety of methods?

The days of having to put up with annoying static noises to listen to radio concerts are long gone.

Thanks to the big glass-like television displays, we can now witness the musical feast that is orchestras while lounging on our recliners at home.

Our mothers and grandmothers used to press the white clothes into the water and mix it with barbecue ash.

They would take out of this ashy water the clothes that had been left on all night, rinse it well, and put on our clean white shirts first thing in the morning.

These days, an hour's worth of washing machine rotation and a dash of detergent makes everything shine.

After work, our fathers used to trundle up the stairs to the top floors of their homes when we were kids.

Now, in a matter of seconds, we can reach the top floors of the sky-competing towers by pressing a button on the lift.

The remarkable advancements in science and technology are what give Western civilization its true character and might.

For the first time in human history, humans have advanced to a level of civilization where they are able to thrive without taking advantage of others, all thanks to computers that can now do brain functions.
