우유를 한소끔 끓여서 식초를 타면 두부처럼 엉킨다
베 보자기를 채에 놓고엉킨 우유를 바쳐 물을 쪽 빼면
치즈가 된다
접시에 어린 싹을 깔고 딸기 와 손수 만든 치즈도
함께 얹어 먹어 보니 맛은 입에 착 달라 붙진 않지만
건강식 으론 괜찮았다.
