신나게 냉장고 정리를 하던 며칠전...
수많은 종류의 떡들이 마치 신석기 시대에나
볼법한 자태를 자랑하며
화석이 되어 발견이 되었어요~ ㅎㅎㅎ
절대 버리지 않겠다는 김여사님...
하지만 협상 전문가 천상씨가 나서서 협상을 한 덕분에
냉동실은 말끔하게 정리가 됐어요~
그때 발견된 화석중 하나인 만두피...
를 이용한 꼬마 피자를 만들어봤어요!!!~ ^^
재료: 만두피, 양파, 햄, 파프리카, 스위트콘, 피자치즈, 케첩이나 파스타소스
(냉장고속 재료를 사용하시면 됩니다. )
하나. 만두피에 케첩이나 파스타 소스를 올리고
준비한 야채를 올리고
피자 치즈를 올려주세요.
(전 가끔 토마토 소스 올리고 피자 치즈만 올려서 만들기도 합니다.
이렇게 만들면 피자치즈 완성!!! ^^)
둘. 팬에 기름을 살짝 두른후 만두피피자를 올리고 약불에서
뚜껑을 덮어 익혀주시면 됩니다~
(만두피가 얇기도 하고 작아서 오븐보다는
후라이팬에서 익혀주시는것이 더 좋아요!!!~ )
위에 치즈가 녹으면 완성!!!!
만두피는 바삭하고 치즈는 길게 늘어져
씬피자 느낌이 난답니다!!!~
핫소스나 파마산 치즈를 올려먹어도 좋아요!!~
전 칵테일 새우를 올려서 쉬림프 피자도 만들어봤어요!!!~
하...... 맥주한잔이 생각나는군요!!!! ^^
