How our routines and habits have an important place in our lives

We all have habits... Some of us walk every morning, meditate right away, or sip herbal tea before bed. Do you aware that humans value these monotonous routines? Continuous actions generate new neural networks in our brain, which helps us form healthy habits.

Moreover, organisms cycle through day and night, ingesting and digesting, etc. Creating a schedule and practicing particular tasks regularly might improve your health.

To obtain effects from anything, whether it's taking vitamin pills as prescribed or learning a new language, we must do it routinely.

Say you're learning a new language. Would you study 24 hours or 10 minutes daily? We emphasise sustainability. Since it's impossible to focus on one item 24/7, the first option seems impossible.

It's crucial to be consistent and develop a sustainable timetable.

Stress is part of life for everyone. We may struggle to balance health and productivity while managing this stress. Perhaps that's why morning routines are getting greater attention.

I struggled with confusion, stomach issues, and allergies. Morning is still not my thing. Morning rituals are nearly challenging for me.

Instead of forcing myself into something that wasn't appropriate for me, I attempted simpler things. I knew they were excellent for my body, but some worked and others weren't practical.

After these studies, I found that different morning routines work for varied time limitations, moods, and reasons. Try one or more and modify them to your requirements.

Before talking about routines, I'll discuss various morning rituals and their benefits.

The body maintains itself when sleeping. After absorbing nutrients, our metabolism excretes and detoxifies. Mucus denotes contamination and the body's attempt to clear it.

Thus, we typically wake up with a stuffy nose and blurry eyes. These are nighttime cleaning residues.

Thus, morning cleaning of these body regions is crucial. Ancient Indian Ayurveda emphasises detoxifying the entire body.

In addition to cleaning the ears, nose, and mouth, a healthy digestive and excretory cycle is crucial. Without it, what we eat doesn't matter. We must care for these body entry points as much as our breath and meals.

Here are some morning activities:

Try washing your face gently with cool water. Our skin produces healthy sebum that covers our face at night, so do not use cleansing products unless you have a severe health issue.

Wash your mouth. In Ayurveda, "oil pulling" is prescribed together with tongue cleaning and tooth brushing.

Gentle-clean your ears. Clean your ear wax. You can use organic, natural rose water. If you're allergic to rose water, try green or black tea.

While sleeping, we lose water because we don't drink and our body drinks a lot of water during cleansing. Water is essential in the morning to slowly prepare your metabolism for the day.

Be sure to drink water at body temperature now. At the start of the day, drinking warm water speeds up bowel motions and blood circulation.
