몹시 추운 날을 제외하고, 거의 매일 동네 할아버지와 아저씨들이 술과 안주와 함께 시간을 보내는 곳 편의점 앞에 할아버지들 대신 최고가로 금이빨 산다는 표지판이 자리 잡았다. 볼때마다 어색한 금이빨 삽니다.
어떤 날은 소주와 산낙지와 어떤 날은 소주와 피자와 어떤 날은 막걸리와 구운 김과 어떤 날은 소주와 귤과 구운 김을 파란 플라스틱 테이블에 펼쳐 놓고 파란색과 회색 플라스틱 의자에 앉아 이야기 나누는 할아버지들의 모습은 동네 오후 풍경이다. 오늘처럼 차곡히 쌓인 의자만 보이는 날이면 할아버지들이 걱정된다.
금이빨 산다는 표지판과 그 옆에 현금인출기 조합......아이러니!
