감사한 하루

낮 기온이 많이 올라 공원에 나갔다.
바람도 없어 운동 하는 내내
전혀 춥지 않았다.

추위 때문에 두문불출 했더니
갑갑 하던차 차가운 공기가
오히려 정신을 맑게 해 주었다

움직일만 하면 게으름 피우지 말고
운동 하려고 하는것이 나의 신조다
오늘도 하루가 감사하다.
