Balance is a fundamental necessity in life. The alternating breathing exercise is used here. First, close your right nostril with your right thumb and inhale. This breathing exercise brings peace and balance when done correctly and regularly. Exhale slowly.

Repeat the application in reverse, closing your left nostril. Close and open your left and right nostrils alternately to continue the exercise in sets.
