Getting the kids to the school gate promptly, preparing wholesome meals, making your boss proud of you, exercising enough... It must be exhausting. It's time to act to improve your shape and vitality if you no longer have the energy to enjoy the end of your days.

Added five minutes... Everyone occasionally plays longer than usual in bed, but it's not a good idea. It's crucial to wake up and go to bed at the same time each day. It doesn't matter if you sleep for seven or nine hours; what matters is how deeply you sleep.

You don't need anything else to have sweet dreams than a completely silent environment, a very dark room, and a temperature of around sixteen degrees.

Alcohol, caffeine, and screens all disrupt sleep. Relax before bed so you can start the next day with a clear head.

It's common knowledge that laughing is healthy. Nothing could be more true! When you laugh, your body releases feel-good chemicals and less cortisol, also known as the stress hormone. Allow your body to absorb endorphins, serotonin, and dopamine.

Aim to consume a glass of water every 30 minutes. Your body is made up primarily of water-based cells. By properly hydrating yourself, you can feed it. Drink before you become thirsty is sound advice.

You receive a tonne of messages, emails, words, and images every day, most of which are accompanied by sounds. That is a lot of information to process every day. So, try to be silent. You can really ponder what you are feeling on a deep level by doing this.

All-you-can-eat seafood, a generous serving of fries, a succulent barbecue... Everybody occasionally overeats, but doing so causes your body to expend a great deal of energy. The answer is? Graze more. You eat less and consume more nutrients as a result.

The 80% rule is a useful guideline for estimating how much food to eat. Eat until you are about 80% satisfied. You won't feel bad afterward because it is more than enough.

One of the primary causes of your tiredness? the tension. It is exhausting to have so many troublesome thoughts, unfinished business, and worries. So list all of your worries, try to be as specific as you can with your issues, and include what you do to completely decompress in your writing. Stress will vanish and be replaced by vigour. Good advice: practise meditation occasionally!

Having no breakfast to start the day? Poor idea. Losing breakfast deprives your body of essential fuel. Try to eat at least one piece of fruit or some yoghurt if you don't have three slices of bread on hand.

Only if you are thankful for what you have can you experience true happiness. You experience a healthy dose of inner peace as a result. List at least one thing each day for which you are thankful. A simple hug from your child, a surprise visit from your parents, a kind comment from your boss, or a pleasant lunch with coworkers can all qualify.
