Have you ever felt different perspectives within yourself talking without your conscious control?
Your point is valid! It's crucial to recognise that certain parts of oneself might cause problems when they dominate one's life.
How are these components of you made? They may be illusory since they are mental manifestations. You may disagree, which is understandable. However, the spiritual realm, where existence exists, believes all earthly things are illusory.
The material plane—our mental, emotional, and bodily dimensions—is a reflection of the spiritual realm, according to one view. The shadow of the body may also be an illusion.
Humans came to Earth to explore. We understood our divinity and wanted to know how it felt to express it in a tangible form. Our purpose on earth was to learn and grow through love.
We created matter to do this. The evolution of the mental body gave us the ability to think, reason, memorise, and analyse. We then created the emotional body to feel and pursue our goals. Following that, we progressively began to feel sensations through the five physical senses—touch, taste, smell, hearing, and sight.
Instead of enjoying our unique qualities and keeping connected to our real selves, we may have progressively moved our focus to our thoughts and impressions. A modest alignment with our ideas leads to the formation of diverse facets of ourselves.
The memory of an event underpins all new parts of us. A harmonious individual uses past memories judiciously, focusing on their present value. Unfortunately, few have such knowledge and wisdom.
When a memory is important, it can shape our life. As we provide more resources and allow independent decision-making, a component develops. Concern or perspective are other terms for it.
I appreciate your comments, however the number may have been wrong.
Since we have given our mind so much power, it might be hard to ignore. Unfortunately, we gave him a position of power he may not have been qualified for, and his leadership skills may be restricted. Would it be appropriate to give a child business management? The mind should serve human needs, not govern them. To stay connected to our genuine sensitivities, we should return to a route that resonates with our values and feelings.
A future essay may study the "mirror" in regard to our loved ones as a way to explore our identity. Important part of Listen To Your Body programme.
I have found a way to talk to our different parts and get them to support our aims instead of taking over.
