The first time I had the pleasure of encountering the enlightening concept of 'positive friendship' was during a captivating TED talk delivered by the esteemed Michael Moss. I must say, his presentation has had a tremendous impact on my perspective regarding friendship and social connections.

I have found it quite useful when developing my strategies for growing my business. It was helpful for me to realise that friendship can be meaningful without the need for costly trips or extravagant presents. If you're interested, I kindly suggest considering watching his TED talk.

One of the most valuable concepts I have learned is the significance of learning and growing through positive connections. The presence of positive connections in our lives can greatly enhance the quality of our relationships.

In Michael's talk, he discusses 'the three circles of friends'.

There is a circle of friends around us who kindly support our goals and dreams. They kindly encourage us to strive for something better. We receive excellent support and encouragement from them.

Additionally, there exists a second circle comprising of friends who play a vital role in maintaining our emotional well-being and overall happiness. They are incredibly loyal and kind, and serve as a constant reminder for us to always be kind. These friends will be with us, and we'll be there for them. This is typically where many friendships begin.

Lastly, there is the outer circle. These individuals are incredibly supportive of our achievements, despite not sharing many common interests with us. We continue to have shared interests and values, which means we may not always be the focal point of their lives. We are not always present in their vicinity, so they do not have any expectations from us.

I find this last category to be quite intriguing. It appears that these individuals are indeed the ones who contribute to our strength and happiness. They provide us with the reassurance to have faith in ourselves, even in the face of scepticism from others.

I have been considering the significance of this theory while creating a video to promote one of my clients. As a creative director, I am constantly striving to enhance my skills in promoting my own work.

I would like to create a brief video that I hope will deeply resonate with fellow creative professionals.

Conveying the idea of self-promotion in a limited time frame can be quite challenging. However, I believe that if there's anyone capable of accomplishing this task, it would be me.

I apologise for any confusion, but I have noticed some recent changes with my YouTube channel. However, I am gradually becoming more comfortable with creating videos. If it's possible, I hope that with continued effort, I may eventually be able to create a respectable content marketing video.
