Start by defining passion. Some individuals fear passion because they think it's bad. Passion can be productive or destructive. I believe LISTEN TO YOUR BODY would not exist without my desire for developing this school.
Definition of CONSTRUCTIVE PASSION? A great creative energy provides our work purpose and sensitivity and helps us attain a goal with passion. It represents the fire that drives us to be ourselves. It helps us experience the present fully.
When mismanaged, passion is destructive. It happens when a person becomes so absorbed with their passion that they ignore everything else. Her suffering increases because she loses judgement and discernment towards her aim.
What's essential in your life? Passionate desire or goal? Are you afraid to show your passion? Consider a wish that gets you excited to manifest. The stronger the WOW, the more demands it would satisfy.
To determine these needs, envision the delight of achieving your objective and how it will help you BE. If you're not obtaining the answer quickly, consider how you feel. You will know what requirements of your soul will be met, which will motivate you.
This is crucial to getting impassioned and fueling your fire. You will find that the small and major rewards of reaching your goal will fuel your desire. This fire provides you energy and makes you realise your immense inner power to construct your life. Be passionate. Allow yourself to be!
Successful people, like Olympic athletes, are examples. They train regardless of injuries or failures due to their desire. Keep in mind that following your objective should provide more joy and happiness than suffering, stress, and fear. When these mindsets take hold, passion becomes destructive and harmful. Find another project to ignite your interest.
You may believe it's not your thing to be passionate or aim for the Olympics. Not everyone must be passionate. It depends on your life strategy. Whatever your inner fire intensity, remember that it gives you energy, keeps you youthful, and helps you live fully. You can have a small or large passion as long as you make time for it.
Also, let yourself want whatever. No one holds you accountable. You must accept the results, though. Take responsibility for your actions to avoid having your loved ones decide.
To keep your fire alive, remember what you want and why. Remembering your aim and meaning helps you solve problems and avoid becoming stuck when barriers, interferences, anxieties, and doubts arise.
Nothing significant has been accomplished without challenges. This is normal and human. We lack the faith to instantaneously manifest anything.
Check to identify what fear and belief attracted an impediment and reward yourself for discovering them. Allow yourself to be inhabited by this, knowing you will be freed from it. Don't lie about being scared. The more you allow yourself to be human and experience anxieties, the less they control you.
Above all, you must learn to embrace your fear—to understand that it believes it will serve and protect you. Only by loving and embracing yourself can you become what you want.
Remember the joy, delight, and happiness you felt when you accomplished something since childhood. Nothing stops you from burning brightly until death. All passions can be good if they let you be yourself and heed to your needs.
