Setting aside time is hard for many people because they have to take care of their own needs. Are you having a hard time getting some time to yourself to think?
I believe you should focus on and be more aware of the things you do every day. You might get more done if you keep track of the things you do that are useful and the things that aren't.
Things that people have to do often shape their daily plans, so hearing about how much time you spend having fun might be interesting. Because we don't want to seem self-centered or selfish, we might not fully enjoy the good things in life sometimes.
Think about how working hard today has helped you. You will value them for yourself whether they are for you or someone else.
People want more free time and days off all the time. If you think you'll have more free time later, why "do nothing" now? You can sit down and think. Over time, I've learned that active people may find it hard or impossible to do tasks with little effect.
The phrase "doing nothing" for me in this group means "not doing anything useful." It's not work for me when I go for walks to enjoy nature. But it's good for you to walk fast to stay healthy.
Write down what happened in the last three weeks. It might help your relationship get better. If someone does a lot of things because they have to instead of because they want to, it could be because they are afraid and not taking care of themselves. You might be able to better meet your wants if you change your responsibilities.
When you know how much you're worth, you can put your needs and happiness first. Who can help you if you can't? How carefully someone thinks about their own wants will show you if they accept you. They might not be seen as selfish if they do this. If you don't accept yourself, people might hurt you.
I enjoy both getting and giving good help. Thanks for your thoughts. I learn more and see things from different angles thanks to what you say.
It might take some time for you to become more aware of how you rate yourself.
