Fear is strong worry caused by a real or perceived threat. Humans need fear to face danger.
Unfortunately, most people have unreal anxieties like rejection, not being good enough, failure, etc. Let us know that imaginary fear causes the same physiological mechanisms as actual terror.
With so many false concerns faced daily, it's no wonder people feel exhausted at night. By overworking, the immune system is harmed. Consuming sugar overloads the adrenal glands. Thus, our immune system weakens and we get worse.
It's crucial to recognise your ego's anxieties. Ignored fear grows over time. In addition to harming your health, false anxieties restrict you from enjoying life.
Thus, we must become more aware of our worries because life constantly presents us with new challenges, such as COVID-19 and its effects on our lives.
Awareness of fears has what benefits? Each fear might reveal an unrealized want by asking: “Having this fear prevents what from happening in my life (having, doing, and being)?” This question is crucial because it helps you know what you want to have, accomplish, and be without fear.
Every time you let fear stop you from being your best, you impede your growth and disappoint yourself. You realise you're the only one who can achieve your life goals. If you don't follow your life goal, you're dissatisfied and reject yourself more.
Return to COVID-19 fears. Your ego may think this is dangerous. Compare the current scenario to the long-standing seasonal flu. Google reports that a billion people get the flu each year and 500,000 die. Was the flu scary to you? If not, you may realise your anxieties are unfounded. Not terrified before, why now?
Some argue we'll worsen the problem if we cease fearing this virus. Fear doesn't protect us from the infection, actually. Let's be cautious but not scared. Their differences are significant.
Most crucial is identifying which fear this virus is awakening. Is it death anxiety? to lose? to spend long periods apart from loved ones? about others' reactions?
If fear arises after asking the question above and discovering your soul's deep goal, find a way to achieve it. Focus on what your worries restrict you from being or feeling. Your life plan includes this answer.
If the answer is it keeps me from being free, find new acts and thoughts that help you feel free. You will be relieved to feel lot better than when you were afraid.
Doing one new action, however small, daily and consistently will boost your self-confidence. Reward yourself for overcoming your worries and be tolerant with difficult people. Listening to your soul will make you enjoy living more.
Be prepared to discover additional worries as you grow more conscious. These findings help you evolve—be happy. Accepting that they are unconscious fears returning is crucial. They were constantly concealed in the unconscious. They occur to show you you can meet and overcome difficulties.
I believe the global scenario is unfolding to help us identify our unreal worries and expand our consciousness. We love ourselves and respect our life plan more.
