in life •  last year

The sentence I read recently made me think. I understood deep down that this is a huge reality that affects everyone, every life.

Why are few willing to accept it? Yes, we can decline any inheritance.

We can link getting this heritage of serenity to receiving in other areas of our lives. Does everyday inner serenity come easily? Do you feel more worried, negative, or stressed? Do you often lament love or life misfortune?

If you can't naturally receive, you may have trouble receiving in general. Is it conceivable that you focus on what you don't get, what's wrong, your faults, others'? If so, know your mindset is hindering peace. Could you be one of those who don't want to know they've inherited or think they don't deserve it?

How to proceed? you'll say. How do I accept this inheritance? Grow it by realising that you can always pick what you want in life.

Here are some ideas to assist you achieve your New Year's resolution to find more peace:

Write your resolution large and post I WANT in prominent places at home and where you spend time daily.

When you feel uneasy, breathe deeply and ask yourself: how can I be at peace?

Consider your ego's whispers: "It's not appropriate to be at peace in this scenario. If you don't care, you're insensitive. ", "It's not your fault if you're furious, it's the other person's responsibility. ", "If you don't worry, nothing will change, you will have to endure the same circumstance... ", etc.

Because it cannot understand PEACE, your ego helps you. It can only survive in the past because it is all your memories. Only now can there be peace.

When you answered How can I be at peace in this situation? Utilise all resources. It may be hard, but aiming for peace will make it easier.

Allow oneself to be unable to find serenity when it is impossible. Your anxieties have taken over, which is normal. Despite the impossibility, don't forget your goals.

To conclude, my book The Grand Guide to Being defines inner peace as:

Mind and spirit tranquilly; conflict-free state. Well-being and happiness result from inner calm. We are calm and nothing disturbs us. When we don't worry and know we can handle anything, we're at peace. Trusting life is part of peace.

Living peacefully does not imply without challenges. Instead, it is a life of inner peace and tranquilly through difficult times. Thus, they do not affect our quality of life. Even in bad situations, we can find inner peace. Happiness should go beyond good times. Nurturing this inner peace, enjoying life, loving the Universe, and accepting each occurrence as an awakening of consciousness helps our immune system and self-healing operate well.

When we live in the present and trust the Universe and our inner God, we may let go and find serenity. Without duty, mental serenity is unattainable. Let's start doing everything we can to live in peace outside of ourselves in our daily lives, which will show our desire to live in peace inside. Peaceful world without war, violence, or conflicts will be possible when mankind live more in inner peace.

Peace is a fundamental aspect of human existence, as it aligns with our innate desire for harmony and tranquility. In its purest form, peace is a state of equilibrium where conflicts are resolved through dialogue, understanding, and cooperation rather than violence or aggression. It is a reflection of our shared humanity, transcending borders, cultures, and ideologies. When nurtured and embraced, peace not only fosters individual well-being but also paves the way for progress, prosperity, and a more interconnected world. Thus, the pursuit of peace stands as a testament to our natural inclination towards unity and the recognition that, at our core, we all yearn for a world where serenity prevails.
