Effective people are conversant in the art of communication and are skilled in the technique of empathetic listening, which is the cornerstone of effective communication.
They are able to work effectively with other people.
They were aware of the benefits of working together as a team, which far outweighed the contributions of each individual member individually.
They are conscious of the significance of making it a habit to better themselves by engaging in self-education in order to maintain their level of personal growth and advance towards the accomplishment of their objectives.
