Why surround yourself with people who have the same vision as you

Is it important for you to have a healthy living environment in both material and relational terms? Is it important to stay away from people who don't believe in what they're doing even when they're close? To put it another way, should you pick your friends?

A question that comes up a lot is whether or not we should withdraw our support from family and friends who don't act when we need them to?

Spend time with people who share our goal.
As everyone knows, being around a lot of people is very important for personal growth, so pick your friends carefully. "The most important thing is to do it according to you," which means that you shouldn't cut yourself off from people who are close to you and can help you in professional or financial ways.

We have to ask ourselves, "What do I want to do? What do I want to achieve?" Because of this, you should be able to pick your friends carefully and hang out with people who agree with you. people who share our goal and want to do well can help us get to the top.

Being able to learn from other people. In other words, if you're in a room and think you're the best, you're in the wrong room.

Always be humble enough to tell yourself, "I want to learn from the people around me; I want them to bring me things, to motivate me, to give me "want to surpass," and to push me to move forward." These are the times when picking or sorting through your friends is very important.

A lot of people have trouble picking friends, so they end up hanging out with people who never do anything for them. It can be hard to put distance between ourselves and people close to us, but if we want to move forward, "it's better to devote more time to people who are in the same state of mind as us than with people who are not ultimately going to bring us much," which means we have to give up something.

For instance, if you had a lot of good friends in high school, you probably won't stay in touch with all of them after graduation. This is because some of them will change, grow, and want to achieve things, while others will choose to stay in their comfort zone. Your health will not improve if you stay with people who won't move forward or who bring you down.

To put it simply, we shouldn't spend less time with people who are close to us and add value to our lives. Instead, we should spend more time with people who share our mental state. This means that picking our friends is very important if we want to reach our goal quickly.
