When you have been difficult, it is important to take the time to investigate the reasons behind your behaviour. For example, you may have been frightened or afraid for your kid. a result of the job being delayed...

Getting in touch with what you truly feel allows you to create a space of freedom for yourself, allowing you to avoid repeating difficult situations and discover an alternative method of expressing what you are thinking.

You alter the order and the dimension. There is no longer any manipulation of you. the scenario, you are able to recover control of the situation.

Meet your deepest need rather than simply blaming yourself for the situation.
