It is time for you to start being mindful of your own patterns of behaviour and routines that have been holding you back and keeping you from accomplishing your goals. It is time for you to start becoming conscious of your own patterns of behaviour and routines.
The only way to bring about change in yourself is to acknowledge that you are responsible for how you feel and how you behave. This does not mean that you have to be harsh on yourself or give up on the goal of improving who you are as a person in any way, shape, or form.
It does entail being honest with oneself about one's activities and being willing to make improvements to one's actions before those acts cause one to lose a bigger amount of respect for oneself.
The first thing you should do is give yourself a sincere and impartial appraisal.
The next thing you need to do is come clean and admit that you have been playing games.
The next step is to investigate and accept the unfavourable characteristics of your personality.
Step Four: Redirect your attention away from the aspects of the circumstance that are making you feel uncomfortable and towards the aspects of the circumstance that are contributing to your success.
The fifth step is to have a chat with a trustworthy person, such as a therapist or a coach.
Step 6: Don't do nothing while you wait for other people to fill you in on the information you need. Don't just sit around doing nothing.
