What do you think about when people talk about self-investment, unconscious behaviour, and self-confidence?

Our choices, actions, wants, and daily lives are all controlled by two basic ways of thinking. It's about being conscious and not being conscious.

The first one is generally agreed upon, but the second one is not.

The mind is something that most people think of as vague and unknown. A lot of people don't like it or understand what it is.

Not many people understand how the mind works. If you're not one of them, put money into yourself to become one of the few people who know how to use and get around them!

Many people make mistakes, make bad choices, fail at activities, and so on because of their unconscious psychology.

Most people still don't know what goes on in their unconscious minds. Lack of information leads to mental and emotional blocks, stress, and health problems.

First, we need to understand that the mind is not good or bad. It affects a lot of what people do and think, so they need it. Like for example?

So, unconscious working has many parts. Some others are:

taking care of important processes like breathing, digestion, and immunity;

taking care of our daily tasks, like brushing our teeth, getting ready, going to work, driving while our minds are elsewhere, and so on.

Managing your dreams;

mental defence against past suffering and pain;

our low self-esteem are caused by the things we do over and over again.

Everything is run by the mind. Think about how many choices and tasks you do without thinking about them. You know that most of them aren't aware.

It only gets in the way when we ask for awareness.

Think about breathing. It just happens, without any work or thought.

Depending on how much the cork can hold, this may take some work. A conscious attempt that is limited.

Because the unconscious will take over at some point and make you breathe to stay alive.

We could say that your unconscious mind keeps you safe, soothes you, and makes sure you stay alive. in a physical, emotional, and mental way!

Whether it's good or bad, your unconscious mind protects you. Once you know how to avoid them, you can do so with confidence.

So, put some money into yourself to find out how your unconscious mind and self-confidence are working.

When someone has self-confidence, they can act without waiting to see what happens.

But she also thinks she has what it takes to succeed, even though she knows that outside forces can make her fail.

She acts because she is sure of her skills. Like for example?

Self-confidence is a big part of how far you get in life.

You know what you're good and bad at. You know what you like.

It's okay to be firm and determined when making choices, even if no one agrees with you.

Also, it's good to know that your daily actions, thoughts, and choices show how confident you are in yourself. Like for example?

In other words, behaviour shows confidence. In that case, you don't really show that you are confident in yourself.

You act, gain knowledge, and feel better about your self-confidence as you practise.

It takes time. We need time, energy, and other things.
