Experience, education, our inadequacies, our culture, and the collective unconscious all contribute to the gradual construction of idealisation throughout our lives.An idealised version of a person, of a spouse, of a partner...

Idealisation of a circumstance, a job, a family, a relationship, a residence, or a way of life among other things...

The majority of the time, we are entangled with this ideal, and we are "one" with the lovely image. We do not put any distance between ourselves and it, and we are confident that it is the only road that can be suitable for us.

A dream, a goal, or an ideal that is framed in perspective can frequently serve as a source of motivation and is quite legitimate. Being connected with the ideal while being unable to see the significance of different points of view is, nonetheless, a limiting experience.

Additionally, it links us to an anticipation of the conditions that will allow us to attain it, and it conditions us in a pattern that is unique to us...

The experience of a "lag" might bring about a persistent feeling of irritation, and it can also bring about feelings of hidden grief, expressions of rejection, shortness of breath, or resignation.

We begin to create distance between ourselves and idealisation the moment we become aware of it. In spite of the fact that letting go of the ideal is not always simple, it can be an essential component of who we are.

By distancing ourselves from the image, we are able to reestablish the connection not only within ourselves but also with our very essence and the person that we truly are. We throw open the floodgates of vitality and vitality.

Motion will allow us to gradually construct and mould our ideal, which will actually match to our most profound goals, and we will do this through movement.
