Once more, here we go. You may have been hoping for a better start to the school year, but it looks like things have not gone as planned. What can we do to deal with and welcome the doubts that define this time?

To be clear from the start, people really dislike doubt and have a hard time dealing with it well. Our brains need confidence because it makes us feel safe. And safety is our top priority...

For example, when there is a lot of mystery, like right now, our minds get active. He starts by thinking about a lot of questions: what's next? Is it possible that there will be another lockdown?

Will it be possible for me to keep my job? Based on how things stand right now, the method taken is pretty guesswork. The report confidently tells us if there will be another lockdown, when the vaccine will be ready, and what might happen or not happen as a result.

What's wrong with guessing what will happen? When the result is good, it can make people impatient and frustrated, and when it's bad, it can make them anxious. For some reason, your mind goes back to the beginning and starts to think about the same questions again.

So, how can we get through doubt with as little stress as possible?

It's important to be aware that your brain is constantly asking questions and making guesses. To put it simply, he took action to deal with any doubts.

Every time this happens, remind yourself that your mind is working the way it should. But since we can't be sure, it might just be making us think silly things that don't serve any purpose other than making us feel bad.

Step 3: Let's go back to the real world. Think about the information you already have and concentrate on what you know. Stop guessing or making predictions and tell yourself that time will show what happens.

From what I've seen and done, there is no foolproof way to train the brain forever, as you know. You will have to go through these 5 steps over and over again until the storm passes and you can see better. We can still find moments of relief even if it's hard to get through uncertain times.
