Each and every one of us has the right to experience any and all forms of emotion, and each and every one of us has been through events that have caused us to feel a wide range of emotions in our bodies and minds.

In point of fact, we are able to welcome all of the feelings that we experience; yet, we are unable to accept all of the ways in which these feelings can present themselves or the actions that can be impacted by them.

Before our emotions take control of us and we are unable to exercise our authority over them, it is our duty to recognise and identify them. We must do this before they may take control of us.

Having the ability to find a way out for them that will not cause harm to anyone and will help us to express, control, and channel what we are feeling is the next step. This will allow us to find a way out.

There are times when we are unable to anticipate the arrival of particular feelings or emotions. There is no reason why we shouldn't have sentiments of fury, hatred, and want for vengeance; these emotions are almost constantly present in our minds. It's not that we shouldn't feel these emotions.

In addition to this, it is essential to provide them the opportunity to take charge of the situation. It is a normal aspect of being alive to experience feelings, and having the experience of feeling something within ourselves is the same as having the feeling that something is significant to us. As a sign that we are alive, we experience feelings.

The second, however, that our feelings take control of us and drive us to speak without having the ability to pause, think, and calm down, they lose all of their positive force, and from that point forward, all of the deeds that are the result of them lose their value.
