Why when the possibility of change arises, change must be madesteemCreated with Sketch.

We live in a world full of change, so why are we afraid of it? There is only change in the world. Things will be different tomorrow than they are today. Either acceptance or rejection.

This is caused by many things. We don't understand. So, we need to get over our fear of change. There are better ways to live than always being against change. Why do we think things were better in the past?

We tend to romanticise the past. This is because we only remember the good things and forget the bad ones. So, it's easier for us to remember good things from our youth. But if we are sad and worried and think about the past, we might think things were easier back then.

This will help us understand that our brains are wired to be afraid of change. No matter how good or bad it is. The brain likes things that are safe. He will be scared of anything that makes him leave his safe zone. He doesn't like new things, how could he?

Also, something happens to the energy that makes us feel ready for change. It may make the brain connect it with feelings of fear or confusion. In fact, this action helps us deal with new things. This means that all changes, even the ones we want, bring sadness.

The river changes all the time, so you can't take a bath in the same one twice.

That was Heraclitus.

Henry David Thoreau was a writer, artist, and philosopher. He said something good. Things don't change, we do. We change as we go through life. We can handle changes better if we accept them right away. In this way, we won't get stuck in dreams about the past or the future. We are going to live now on purpose.

We're not the same as we were last year. The people we love are different. We can still love someone after they change. We can love ourselves too.

When I was 17, I read: "If you live each day as if it were your last, one day you will be right." This made me think. "If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am going to do?" I ask myself every morning when I look in the mirror. "If the answer is 'no' for several days in a row, then I know I need to change something."

Mental health is determined by how much you grow and how well you can change. Sticking to routines that you know only makes you more worried. So, you should learn from your mistakes and use them to make changes.

Everything we don't want lasts. This resistance, which can be in conflict with fear of the unknown, gets in the way of spirit freedom.

Refusing to change means you want to stay in your comfort zone. Where we can stay away from our fears. Change, then, means facing uncertainty and realising that we might feel nervous and unsafe.

Sometimes, not wanting to change can mean that you want to avoid troubles. In order to get away from them or find reasons that don't exist, she likes to blame others. Of course, this is easy. But this is not okay and makes us not want to keep going.
