Humans establish groups naturally and vitally in society. Humans constantly seek local social relationships this way. Maslow's pyramid of needs

Some people think they can just witness this occurrence and stay alone, feeling uncomfortable and terrified of embarrassment.

Therefore, their social interaction difficulties hurt them.

This can cause what daily issues?
In daily life, this difficulty might be burdensome.

Mornings before school or work, you may have “a lump in your throat and a knot in your stomach”. Because of this integration anxiety, you can't sleep at night, increasing your tension. You fear people will find you odd and unsocial.

Your “rejection” of others makes you withdraw further.

You think you're not suited to your society. This can cause melancholy or self-hatred.

It can also hurt your career development and student life because you spend more time worrying and wondering how to act than doing what you need to.

Avoid joining unsuitable groups and avoid wasting time on people who do not share your principles or interests. Not being in your place will hurt you more.

If you're in an unsuitable setting, like your employment, shift industries rather than strive to fit in.

Some shy people use luxury to fit in.
