My opinion is that having goals, an ideal, slows ageing. Some examples support my claim. Stay-at-home mothers who become old when their children leave home because they have no other jobs or objectives come to mind.

I also include individuals who only worked for retirement and have no more problems. This is common for folks who work for material gain rather than learning. They age swiftly when they do nothing at home.

Being able to be shocked and amazed like children, play like them, and undertake pleasant, cheerful, laugh-inducing things is another key to staying youthful. Alas! Many individuals have ceased laughing for years. I know many couples that find daily living burdensome and dull. When spouses laugh, their relationship is good.

Something I read said, “You are as young as your faith and as old as your doubt.” I think this mindset is crucial to body, heart, and mind youth. People who no longer trust themselves or others or distrust everything age faster.

I think we can all stay young by being open to new things. I often hear that folks are too elderly to like technology or computers. They quit before trying.

How can you tell whether you're good at something without trying? A brilliant painter would never have started without picking up a brush and experimenting. His early works may have been a complete failure. Few people master new skills the first time. And you? You learned what in the last six months?

When you try something new and struggle, it's better to endure. If you're still uncomfortable after several tries, move on. Having tried something new will satisfy you. In life, we cannot make mistakes, only gain experiences.

Every machine is constructed this way, therefore the body wears down over time. However, we may aid him by choosing natural, energising food and listening to his requirements. The energy plan benefits greatly from daily activity, even for 10–20 minutes. You can walk everywhere for free!

I found that beauty energises me. Did you realise the emotional body needs beauty most? Look around your house and personal items and ask yourself if everything is attractive. If not, donate, sell, or recycle unwanted items. Stop allowing anything ugly to surround you.

List everything you like about yourself, physically and mentally. If you want to improve more things about yourself, focus on the good.

If I died in a few minutes, would these things I despise about myself matter in the soul world? I believe your approval would change most. Remember that accepting your ego's unfavourable portrayal of you makes you love yourself and your cells happier. Remember that your body constantly reflects your inner state.

Make a list of everything you love about others. Display your and others' lists to remember these great things. You'll be more likely to praise yourself and appreciate others around you.

Finally, say "I LOVE YOU" to yourself in the mirror every morning. What can I do today to make you happy? ". Repeat this mantra in the mirror before bedtime: “I LOVE YOU AND CONGRATULATE YOU FOR…”. Find three things you were proud of today. This will energise your sleep more than patting yourself on the head.

Implement these ideas. I promise these are excellent strategies to keep young as time passes.
