To break the contradiction, as Descartes would say, one thing that is true about life is that we have very little or no certainty about anything. This means that we have no certainty about anything.

Nevertheless, the notion that it is possible to exert control over everything is persistently promoted in Western society; hence, it is imperative that we discover solutions that are both timely and quick for everything.

The ability to tolerate uncertainty, which is one of the most important characteristics for adaptability, is not being developed by us.

In this context, the ability to live with the absence of certainties and rapid solutions is precisely what we mean when we talk about uncertainty tolerance.

Despite the fact that we make every effort to solve everything and discover the answer, in reality, it is impossible to do so. There are times when the only way to find answers and solutions is to wait.

Some of them are simply not attainable to locate. There is not a single answer that humanity possesses. Furthermore, the amount of information that we do not know vastly exceeds the amount that we do know.

To put it another way, we are all in agreement and comprehend that this is the case. However, theory and practice are not the same thing. Tolerance for uncertainty is something that many individuals find to be nearly impossible to do.

When individuals encounter a situation in which they do not have a strong and broad pillar upon which to lean, they experience frustration and worry.
