On Wednesday I ran the last Wroxham series race of the year. The series consist of three 5k races. It’s not my favourite course even though it is a flat, fast course. The first kilometre is a slow incline which seems to take it out of me. The weather was very hot again at about 18 degrees, considering it was 7pm in the evening. There was about 600 runners so it’s quite a big race for a local thing.
I started off too close to the start of the runners as my first kilometre was way too fast for me and obviously I couldn’t keep the pace going. It wasn’t my fastest run for this route but it wasn’t bad either. I’m glad it’s over though as I said for some reason I’m not keen on the route.

Here’s the stats
