Early morning run - Great North Run - 66 Days to go

in running •  6 years ago

I set the alarm for 5.30am, I needed to go out early as it’s been so warm in the uk lately it’s not making running easy. I only needed to go for a 5km easy run so it wasn’t too bad. It was sunny and warm but still cooler than running later in the day. It wasn’t the fastest run but it wasn’t supposed to be.

I did actually run 5k but my garmin didn’t get a signal to start with.

Here’s the stats
