I measured my weight. It's around 65kg. While I'm pleased that it's getting decreased, I don't feel good. Cause, my muscle mass decreased a little bit .
Anyways, I got a PT class this afternoon, and the trainer said "Your diets are organized well. But you should increase more weights." I thought I've been working out with proper weights. But, it wasn't.
I get were you are coming from but first things first choosing this journey, you have to know that its not a sprint and showing up is more important then ever making any gains or muscle.
Muscle and strength are a result of this activity this means you should first rather want to be heathy fit and to condition your mind to get use to working out.
