15년을 직장에서 집으로,
집에서 밭으로,
간혹 다른 도시로
우리를 실어 날랐던 차.

세차는 고사하고
흙발로 끌고 다녀도
타고난 자태가 단정해서
별로 티도 안났다.

사고 한번 낸 적 없는 얌전한 아이를
어떤 눔은 뒤를,
어떤 눔은 옆구리를 긁고 도망가도
블랙박스 없는 처지를 비관하지 않고
의연했다.

오늘 떠나 보내고 나니
왜 이리 허전한고?
